Koh Tao Thailand Beaches
Koh Tao is 120 km of shore from Surat Thani coast, Koh Tao has the famous small island of Koh Nang Yuan. It takes 3hrs for the ferry to travel from the mainland to Koh Tao.
Koh Tao is small, about 18 square km mostly rocky cliffs (70% of land area). Koh Tao island has a curved bay beach on the western coast is where most of the sandy beaches are found.
